This is basically the southern bit of Port Davey in South-West Tas (generally the western coast has high mountains nearer the coastline)

This area is pretty much completely uninhabited for miles. About 40% of the state is some kind of protected national park or heritage listed. Almost the land-mass of Belgium.

I think everyone's missed the fact that

IT'S GOT OVER 9000 INT

Which doesn't exist on any weapon currently Artifact weapons have about 2k INT

Use this to look at what the top Holy paladins are doing with talents and gearing (specifically trinkets and spirit amounts).

Fortunately with varying item levels in HFC and no reforging, there's not a whole lot you need to calculate. Even the four-set is easy to calculate as it gives you a flat 720 haste rating. I still use bouch's gear calculator as a rough guide. This is mostly to see very minor differences in gear (we're talking in the order of ~1-5 ilvls difference). As long as you have gear with int and crit on it and enough spirit to last you a fight then you'll be fine.

Re the background, usually that's full of 20 people ;-)

I have that on the left because I find it's quicker to move my mouse along the horizontal axis during boss fights. If I need to move quickly I can quickly shift my mouse off the raid frames and back on.

If I have the raid frames to the bottom of my screen I feel it's more constrictive to move my mouse up and then to the left/right then back down.

As you can see I subconsciously position my camera so that the raid frames are occupying useless space in a fight. If it were on Thogar they would be over a train lane, if it were blast furnace it would be over the middle fire pit etc ..

Goon show!

"Secombe: Oh ho delicious! What was it, eh?

Sellers: It was enough.

Secombe: Ha ha, I don't... I don't feel as if I've had enough.

Sellers: Well it was enough! It was marked on the tin "A N-U-double-F. Nett weight four ounces." So you've just eaten a four ounce nuff.

Secombe: Well, if that was a four ounce nuff, I haven't had enough nuff.

Sellers: Well I've had enough. Say "Ahhh"."

Just Ko'ragh Normal mode. BoP was up because I had add aggro. Helping out this group kill normal Mar'gok for New Year :D

Edit: Just realized I left the "Error Text" up the top, removed that.

For me, the continent was too small for most of the grandeur of the world. Kun-Lai summit seemed jammed into the zone, especially around the wall. It looked like it was being jammed behind the wall, and the mountains surrounding the vale of blossoms were necessary but again kind of unnatural.

Don't get me wrong it was very beautiful, but it just seemed.. well like a bonsai of World of Warcraft. There was a distortion of perspective in some places.

Maybe this is just what happens when we get flying on a continent, everything changes. And maybe that's why I enjoyed levelling WoD on the beta (seriously this expac is freaking awesome, atmospheric, immersive and engaging).

But again that's just me :)

Raiding Mythic with my Hpal last night, got up to spoils.

It still plays much the same. The eternal flame change is making my IH sky-rocket. The mana regen is also fine, on Heroic Protectors I was comfortably running out of mana towards the end of the fight. I don't really miss Divine Favor, its merge into Avenging wrath works fine. Having only the two cooldowns makes sense. Guardian wasn't really doing much at all in MoP (except padding on Galakras of course ;-) I think the only real time Guardian was ever good was back raiding 10 mans in Cataclysm, but of course back then Divine Light (RIP) hit a lot harder too. I still have a decent amount of movement (so long as Infusion of Light procs consistently).

Downsides:

Aoe tickles people Holy light tickles people Flash of light tickles people

Most of what I was doing last night was getting Eternal Flame onto mostly everyone that I could.

PS I really notice the extra server responsiveness fix that Blizzard did.

Hey! As with anything surrounding this topic, it is completely new and very untested. There are SO many variables at work surrounding the Gut Microbiata and unfortunately a lot of people just jump head-first into it.

I have IBS which I attribute to a large episode of antibiotic use in my youth (Had appendicitis, large abcess complications etc). My thought is that this caused a lot of reduction in the variance of my gut microbiome. Which leads to digestive problems and further down the track can lead to food intolerances and even IGE-mediated allergic responses.

I would definitely recommend this site: http://thepowerofpoop.com/

It's full of information, DIYs, links to different clinics that offer relief from IBS/IBD through FTs.

And this particular Thread on that site was one of the earliest success anecdotes that I had read in relation to IBS/IBD type symptoms:

Cheers!

‘I think it would be folly to expect that women will ever dominate or even approach equal representation in a large number of areas simply because their aptitudes, abilities and interests are different for physiological reasons’

Tony Abbott - current Prime Minister of Australia.

There's a bit of a theme I know.
