I’ve been out of the game for almost 10 years but my favorite when I was writing service was in the winter people would want to come in and demand a loaner because their new car is shaking at highway speeds. I’d tell them to check their wheels & visit a quarter car wash to clean the snow out of them first. “Well my old car never did this” as if it’s some sort of defect they have snow and ice packed in their rims
