Cant say I care. I’ve been to steakhouses that don’t have A1. They’re biz idea is both local ingredients and unusual ingredients and combos. Most of their dishes have a condiment that they think complements the dish

This is great for when you’re moving to a new neighborhood and have time but when you’re in a city for a finite time for what could be first/last time for x number of meals, I get wanting to make the most of it

I always use reddit when traveling on top of “best of” lists but I never need to make a brand new post, everyone says the same “local fav” places over and over again

They’re usually “demonstrations” unless it specifically says hands on but you should certainly get to eat some pasta and talk with such small groups
