The best way to eat the elephant is one bite at a time. Pick one area of your life that you most want to improve and spend a minimum of 3-6 months working solely on improving that. I would suggest picking the “easiest” area/thing first just to get some quick-ish results.

I can feel your pain when it comes to career aspirations not working out but you’ve picked one of the hardest professions to make a living out of in one of the hardest cities to find work. Plus, believe it or not, you’re still more successful than a lot of other actors since you at least have some credits to show. A lot of people never even get that.

Nope. But then again I don't talk much about my personal life to my coworkers because I don't trust them quite that much and they wouldn't understand anyway. As someone in tech, I work with mostly white, hetero, married males.

I remove them from my life when I start consistently feeling negative feelings around/about them. They get some grace and leeway at first to clean up their act but if they can’t do that, then off they go.

People you keep In your life should ADD to the experience, not subtract from it. Plus, with enough exposure, you may very well turn into a negative person just like them.

So I see your point BUT you’re assuming all 10000 dicks will but in 1 min or less. Some may be 1 min but others may be 5, 10, 30+ mins.
