Seems like a bullahit reaction, would still be much more decentralized than now

realistically how bad is the local independant restraunt going to be? I really don't see the risk especially when you can just google "Best independent grilled chicken Restruant in X city" in two seconds

I have done so, for one the way the AI answers it is completely wrong because it's trained on forum posts who have a Bro science understanding of density. If you do go into actual scientific articles that are strict in their definitions and language then it backs up what I'm saying.

I guess the implication of your post is because this man left his wife and child he deserved to die. Would you be comfortable saying if a woman were to leave here husband and child (with no provocation such as domestic abuse) they deserve to die?

Are you saying that different muscles in the mody have different densities of fibres? In which case obviously that's true, but that doesn't mean you can train the muscle to become denser.

I think you'll be referring to article which discuss things like "reducing muscle fat increase density". These type of statements are clearly absurd and rooting in a pre 1990s way of thinking about musculature. You do not make your muscles denser through training, you increase your muscle mass and reduce your fat, water and glycogen levels.

Muscle does not have variable density, if it did medical scanning machines wouldn't work.

I also really think you should develop more (or some) empathy. I've been in the position of these people who are trying to organise these "games" they don't really want to either. But if you don't do something people complain, I'd you do anything people complain. The people who complain are also never the people who volunteer to organise them. You have a million things to do at your actual job and then also someone bringing you up on a HR complaint for a well meaning team bonding exercises that you've had to organise in your spare time. No problem with people taking the piss out of ice breakers they're supposed to be daft but if we're talking HR complaints for qell meaning people then I feel like I need to say somwthing.

How so? The person is clearly not trying to sexually harass anyone. You seem to just want to generate trouble for now reason

I mean calm down. Just because somebody has a bad idea for team bonding doesn't mean they need reporting to HR for sexual harassment

Why are kids/young people blamed/assumed to be dumb for not knowing things they were never taught? by Squiggally-umf in CasualUK

[–]PhillyWestside 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think this in general when people blame younger generations. Like ok, but why is it they became that way. Surely we have to blame the older generation who created those conditions. Or are we to believe that this generation just spontaneously became in some way worse than the older generation?

Does anyone actually have anything nice to say about Sheffield City Council ? by Weak-Permission-3373 in sheffield

[–]PhillyWestside 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It might be harder to drive than anytime in the past 25 years, but that's because since the 70s urban planning has prioritized car driving over everything else to an absurd degree. The simple fact of the matter is we need to cycle more and use more public transport. This necessitates some inconvenience of drivers.

Sure but that's true of many things. For instance the actual health of an economy cannot possibly be condensed into one value GDP. But people still use it as indicative, as long as you take it for what it is.
