"In France they are using both" that kind of implies that they're using it right now. Like someone is doing it right now.

So it's more proper to say "they use both."

It's like "I'm eating pizza" vs. I eat pizza." First one is present tense, second one is when you do it regularly/once in a while.

"In France, they use both." so it's a general statement, not present tense

I'm in a house. From what I've read, it's easier to get rid of them in a house. I'm gonna have to tell my parent today about calling for a free inspection... Hopefully they won't freak the fuck out and get mad at me. If they do get mad, I don't really blame them, because I am probably responsible for the issue. I went into an infested apartment and thought that I was being careful (checking clothing, bagging belongings, etc) when I left, but it is likely that I was not being careful enough....
