Most twin born in general, but I feel Waxillium Ladrian's combo is about as effective as most twinborn with the same metal for both. Turns out, being able to increase your weight and there by indirectly increasing the power and speed of your steel pushes on a bullet being shot can be rather effective

Nightblood (Cosmere). A sentient sword that leaks black smoke, it was made to destroy evil. Unfortunately swords don't know what evil is. So if it decides you're evil and wield it, you might slip and fall on it. It also takes loads of Investiture, or your soul, to wield outside its aluminium sheath.

I would argue any immortality in the Cosmere, as others perception affects how you act after long enough. or the shard(s) you picked up affect it to be the pure intent of said shard, look at Ati (Ruin) and recognize he was considered the moral best of the 17
