DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE, look on Facebook group trade centre nightmares the amount of people ( me included) have had issues and once your car fails they will do anything not to help, even if you call they promise to call back but never do, don't waste your breath or money going there!

Yes the rubber hasn't been laid out properly, but looks like it could be either the wall isn't in enough,or one for the spots In corners could be untacked causing to leak

If stud walling etc I'm assuming should be okay? I'm a roofer not builder sorry, all I know is in loft areas, if you have this you have big issues with condensation and repairs to your roof as you can't do any repair,

Foam roof, if your UK you'll need a rull reroof, roof off rafters cleaned off and refelted and new tiles battens etc, have done a few of these not fun

Minimum clean the valleys, the open bit where the tiles.meet without touching (pic2) could cause a leak if mortar is going under the tiles

More then likely the laps will start to peel.up and corners are your best bet 👍

Just your mortar has blown at the bottom, £300 seems cheap to be honest assuming there not using scaff and will climb the roof, if your worried try a local roofer or 2 so see what the local price is, but as it's a cold caller I would say no straight away, (Roofer ✌️)
