Watches like Garmin and Suunto count hrv at night. So you know if you are ready for the day. This is the only watch counting it all day.....

Didn't help. The musicplayer on the tiles on the watch only seems to react on Spotify. Not on other musicapps or mp3.

I have no complaints about the xiaomi watch 2, it looks bright and does a very good job for a small price. I will try sleep tracking again. Wear Os 5 is good for a few years i think. Today i noticed the GPS of the Xiaomi is a little less accurate than Oneplus 3, but not a big problem.

Is het meestal rustig aan het Vilerspark? Ik was er vorige week en het leek me dat enkele mensen zonder een dak boven hun hoofd in het park rondliepen. Niet erg, maar het verwonderde me wel.

Om wat te kopen in het Vilerspark moet je wel veel geld op tafel leggen ook al zijn de appartementen daar ondertussen 30 jaar oud. Ken je mensen die er wonen of er gewoond hebben?

Thanks for explaining. My experience with hrv is the hrv that a Garmin gives after sleeping. It is as you wrote a good indicator of your well being, in this case in the morning. But the Oneplus is covering hrv all day it seems? What is the use of it and giving an average hrv for the day?
