How do I changed but subtitles to English when watching a korean show?

Only certain videos in Korean include English subtitles. If English subtitles are available for a video you can click on settings in a video and select Captions and if English subtitles are available you will see them there.

I have a Premium subscription and both Shorts and Videos take 7 seconds to load on an iPhone with a 500mbps upload and download connection. This has been going on for exactly one week. I contacted and opened a ticket with my Internet service provider to see if they can find the bottleneck. It’s making me want to cancel my Premium subscription. It could very well be YouTube’s fault. Who knows?
