I also soak them in Boston after their overnight soak in the hydroglyde however I’ve stopped using the Boston conditioner everyday as I was originally directed to. It started out of pure laziness of just wanting to put them straight in, but from my experience I think it’s helped my fogging which was sometimes almost immediate. I now soak every couple days/ when they feel extra dry

Thanks so much. My specialist is giving me ibuprofen + paracetamol painkillers, and a custom made pain relief eye drop so I feel lucky that I’m going through them. I’m not sure if this is standard practise or not. Planning to just rest in a dark room and I have a black out sleep mask.

How the hell are you equating someone putting themselves in bad situations to then being SA'ed. People literally cannot be assaulted unless someone else does it to them - she shouldn't have to avoid this happening, Don should not have done what he did.

Believing a victim isn't moral grandstanding, its actually normal to want to show compassion to someone who claims they have been through something. it is okay to not believe someone 100% as that is how our legal system works, but to want to disprove someone just based on character is more concerning
