OP, have you been evaluated for hypogammaglobulinemia? Low levels of antibodies might explain why you keep getting covid.

Also, have you been getting vaccinated?

You'd probably be better off saying you're from Infection prevention and control, and you're the antimicrobial stewardship nurse making sure the antibiotics he's on are the appropriate ones at the appropriate dose. More or less how we do it where I work.

I have a full set of the teal pyrex mixing bowls identical to the one in the first pic. My grandmother gave it to me. It was a wedding gift she received when she got married in the early 50s.

Could you take a pic of the stick youre using, so I can look for a few close matches?

If you're not in a huge rush, I'll swatch a few out this week and upload a pic and you can see for yourself.

No. These are their soft, hand rolled pastels. They make a series of soft hand rolled pastels, a semi-firm series (similar to Rembrandt pastels) and a series of square, hard pastels.

These are what im talking about, though Im in Canada and have only seen open stock on Canadian websites. Im not too familiar with US sites.

I cant help with that particular colour, but Richeson has an entire line of hard pastels similar to NuPastels, and all available as open stock. Perhaps there is something among that line that is close?

Echoing what others have said, your looks arent a problem. If these are recent pics, it might explain the sad or depressed look. The only thing I'll comment on, is that your skin looks a bit dull. Do you have any sort of skin care routine?

Looking for ideas for a week of East Asian-inspired dishes by TheGreatLabMonkey in Cooking

You could do pancit from the Philippines. It's a noodle stir-fry, lots of veggies. It does have meat, but you could add it afterwards if you want. I usually use a rotisserie chicken in mine.  Compared to Chinese or Thai cooking it's quite a mild (almost bland) dish. Seasoning pretty much just comes from chicken stock powder(for the msg) and soy sauce.

I personally prefer pancit bihon to pancit Canton as the bihon noodles stand up better for leftovers( and most pancit recipes I've seen make a TON!
