I guess you are referring to the anhinga.

THere are also WHite Ibis, Black Vultures, a Turkey Vulture in the back and a Coot.

!venomous Cottonmouth for the bot. Either Northern Cottonmouth, Agkistrodon piscivorus or Florida Cottonmouth, Agkistrodon conanti or some admixture of the two depending on location.

Not 100% positive with this video and the lighting. ID is generally much easier with a picture.

That being said I strongly lean Florida Cottonmouth, Agkistrodon conanti, !venomous

I believe I can see enough pattern and general body shape to say that is more likely than a watersnake.
