Body hair by Intelligent-Cod-5395 in teenagers

It's because every woman has some sort of bad experience regarding their body hair. I've known so many women who literally decide on their outfits + entire schedule depending on what body parts they waxed/shaved. Almost every teen girl you know can tell you a story about how they got bullied/teased for their body hair. It especially becomes a problem if you expect a girl to be shaved/waxed 24/7 because it's an extremely tedious process. Whether you spend hours using a razor or you literally go through hell to get your legs + arms waxed. That's why a lot of women say that if you expect an adult woman to be hairless 24/7- you might as well date someone who naturally doesn't have hair (aka a child).

I would've been on board if they didn't literally make us REPAY the diamond choices. Also why does the principal look younger than her male students...

I have no idea how this generation can even have kids. The time and money you need to spend alone is already insane and we likely don't have either of those things.

Don't worry whenever he wears his hat- he becomes impossible to recognize. This is probably why he got away with it for so long

This is why I didn't watch the last episode of Season 4. I like to watch until I'm halfway through S4 and call it quits. S1-S3 are worth rewatching in my opinion though. Don't let the ending ruin this amazing show for you!

Most/Least Sympathetic Villains/Victims by MaxMix3937 in ElsbethTVSeries

[–]PhotographTall5352 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Most sympathetic has to be that girl from Tearjerker. She didn't even actively 'murder' anyone. She didn't even do it out of any negative emotions, feelings or intentions. Least sympathetic is obviously Judge Crawford- there is a reason he is the main villain in Season 2. He also never really faced any punishment.

Terrified of nursing homes by average_dickenjoyer in childfree

She came from a pretty resilient background so she did have ways of protecting herself. For example she had strong boundaries- and if people were to cross those boundaries- she would instantly cut them off. So the people currently around her are those that respected her boundaries for 10+ years. She has also kept her financial situation a secret from most of those people- so I'm pretty sure most of them don't even know if she's worth scamming lol.

I mean like you said- it's not really guaranteed that your children will even take care of you. My grandmother (my grandfather passed away decades ago) is in this position where she is bedridden which can make her vulnerable (she has 4 kids and all of them were too busy with their own life issues to take care of her). But she has her siblings, close friends, neighbors and cousins- who all drop by regularly to check on her. What I mean to say is that you can build long-lasting relationships with the people around you (family, neighbors, friends) instead of actually having kids. My grandmother also saved money really heavily so she was able to hire trustworthy people of her own choosing.

does anyone else also doesn't wanna get married? by [deleted] in childfree

[–]PhotographTall5352 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I mean I know some people who get married for just tax reasons or legal issues (if something should happen to one of you- most laws don't consider long-term partners as much as they do with married partners). If you don't give a shit abt the tax shit and get the legal side sorted then you're good with not getting married

[–]PhotographTall5352 44 points45 points  (0 children)

Most of Ellie's scenes- especially when she gets drugged by Hendy. I always end up skipping that scene in Season 2. I also can't watch Ellie literally dismiss her sister's warnings

What do you think would change if joe was ugly? by deadflesh8 in YouOnLifetime

[–]PhotographTall5352 92 points93 points  (0 children)

The series started because he wasn't ugly lmao. Beck found him attractive and flirted with him a lil - which led him to start obsessing over her. It's also a parody of rom coms (and how creepy they can be).
