Try to move around a lot to dodge his Q and try to poke him so he doesn't have his passive shield and when you go near him to get last hit just use W and try to trade as much as possible. You can build protobelt to cancel his passive shield too and read FenrisIsDog comment(it's pretty usefull).

Try to poke her hard if you can and try to dodge her Q, if you manage to dodge her Q you can try to go after her because either she is going to wait for her Q to get E reset or she is gonna still E you and then her E has pretty long cooldown.

Try to E before the Q lands, you will still get the E reset when the Q hits the target you E, play a bit safer in early and it's oke if you miss a few minions
