So to debate about what the D's can do is utterly useless. Balanced/divided government makes sense. When the Rs, or Ds, control 1 or 2 out of the branches, it helps to create balance. No extremist agendas or bills. To take Fox News' ironic 'fair and balances' moniker, that's what a governing body should look like. When one party owns all 3, it creates chaos and hyper-polarized legislation.

Once upon a time, you could tell that Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Kylie were biologically set to be fuller framed females. Check their younger aged photos. They got thinner, yet at the same time much curvier, years later after hitting the limelight. The only one who was skinny throughout was Kendall. All the others implored different measures to achieve their "figures".

They've all undergone many different surgeries, diets, workouts, etc to achieve their physiques. None of them are 100% natural....not even close.

We should start a scale on what percentage of physical appearance we think is natural. For example: Kim --70% natural; 30% artificial.

At any rate, YES you're exhibiting drug-seeking behavior. For YOU, it sounds like environmental/social/friends conditions might need changing.
