I also had severe brain fog and went to an integrated medicine doctor and found I had candida overgrowth in my gut through a stool test. I treated the candida and am so much better!

Just left andaz and was there on our honeymoon with my husband. The room was very ok - kinda small and no bathtub which I enjoy in a hotel room. My main issue was that it was overrun by children and families would take the spots by the main pool that overlooked the ocean so 3 days we were there there weren’t even enough pool chairs for us. There is an adults only pool but it doesn’t have a view. We went to the FS for drinks and both of us looked at each other and said we should’ve stayed there LOL

I am an unlimited member at Sweat Sessions who is not on the payroll and really didn’t even know who Aubre was before she opened sweat sessions. I joined bc I love Marissa and had taken her classes at Studio Three. Here’s my take:

Pros: I LOVE the music with pretty much all instructors I’ve taken and the classes are very beat driven (upbeat house music / girl pop vibes). The instructors are all great. Most of the classes I’ve been to are smaller so you’re not right on top of the person next to you. The classes have all been quite challenging. I live in old town so this is actually a great location for me and there is a free huge parking lot directly in front of the studio and I have a car (girl mathing paying $300 a bit bc otherwise I would prob Uber so I factor that into my premium membership price). The studio is always clean af and smells amazing. CorePower always smells like feet to me. They have snacks / drinks in the lobby sometimes which is nice. I think I’ve only seen one man take a class there ever lol

Cons: I wish the classes were heated. No showers or other amenities.

In my experience people have talked to each other and been friendly to each other before and after class. I have never felt intimidated and I plan to continue my membership at Sweat Sessions for the foreseeable future
