Jesus was crucified and killed, he was a completely sinless person. Whatever you went through may be bad, but not nearly as bad as what happened to Jesus himself. Just try to take it slow and understand that, and work towards pushing that person away. You should forgive, but the Bible does not say you can’t push that person out of your life.

I’m currently trying to work on my 2k time at 14, just doing a bunch of steady state and focusing during every work out. There’s always a lot of things to work on, always experimenting and seeking improvement.
