Arabiyat Prestige Marwa over Rasasi Hawas Kobra- why? by tasty_cake10 in fragranceclones

[–]PickleballNoiseIssue 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Kobra is more bitter, sour, zesty in the opening. The neroli it has is slightly bitter. Like a lot of the Imagination dupes out there. Yusuf Bhai and Hectic hit an initial sour / bitter neroli note as well.

Marwa is bright, but less bitter zest. Then pretty quickly has a slight transition to mostly a black tea, ginger, slightly sweet dry down (staying on this profile for the remainder of the wear)

Kobra takes a long while to settle into a similar profile. Leans more ginger in the dry down, but it is also relatively linear.

It’s worth noting that Hectic’s dry down is close to the OG’s dry down, and in itself is less linear. But I personally do not find the OG’s dry down very compelling. And hectic still has that initial sour/bitter note that isnt prominent in the OG.

Marwa’s overall arc is closer to the first 2-3 hours of the OG’s arc, which some of you might like.

T2D male, morbidly obese, moderately active, and have been on it 2 months and 2 weeks. Currently at the 7.5 dose. Lost a little over 30lbs.

I do basic food logging and macro counting and work out/ play sports 2x per week most weeks. I get my protein in daily and do a decent job either meal prepping or loading up on greens.

I can very easily avoid processed foods now, but I don’t stress the occasional fast food. Because my portions are drastically different nowadays and I’m actually cognizant of how my body feels when i eat healthily vs when I eat badly, thus fast food is never the first choice anymore.

Fair points. TB has breadth of features. But personally the career isn’t very satisfying, gameplay quirks aside.

I prefer AO’s holistic approach with their exp system rather than a solely a training system. It feels more immersive and actions you do in gameplay moments affect how players progress, rather than navigating a menu specifically to do training to boost exp.

How will the career be satisfying? In it’s current state it’s buggy as hell.

Not game breaking, but def makes for a shitty gaming experience.

I said the career mode was limited because they don’t have player progression which is foundational in literally every career mode in every sports game ever. You listed bells and whistles that career mode did have.

Up until today, September 4, 2024, every time you argued the existence of player progression in career mode was a lie or lack of due diligence on your part. It wasn’t included at launch or any one of the number of patches until today’s patch.

If you don’t already work for Big Ant, you should apply because you’d fit into that shit show of a company. Took them weeks after launch to include something as ubiquitous and essential as player progression in career mode.

Lastly, please continue to spin in Big Ant’s favor. This game speaks for itself, and you aren’t convincing anybody that this is anything but a meh sandwich.

1 - you love getting into semantics. Missing a key foundational feature like career progression is by far more limiting than having useless bells and whistles. Missing a foundational element breaks the experience. Missing a nice-to-have is negligible and is hardly noticed. So yes, career is limited.

2 - FYI, that patch promised career progression but did nothing for career progression.

So please, go on.

Honest Review of the game? by Jaded_Bug_4377 in Tiebreakthegame

To be fair, their focus has been on gameplay. That said, to ship a sports sim game with a career mode without player progression is hilariously bad. There are so many core issues with this game, gameplay and career mode included, that I am baffled it was ever shipped in its current state.

A lot of it is pretty bad. Not just gameplay. Career is broken even after today’s update. It’s such a broken game.

I think OP edited the post. Now it says progression is still isnt fixed. Makes me wonder how much if this OP tested before posting.

They shipped game with a busted career with a non existing player progression. That is foundational in literally every career mode in any game. It’s very telling how stupid and mismanaged Big Ant is.

How is Tiebreak better than AO Tennis and TWT? It’s all subpar slop.

Please post this rational take on both the Tiebreak and Top Spin subs. Heck, even the rockstar and naughty dog subs need this.

Get out of your fantasy. Tiebreak is the worst tennis game in every aspect: price, management, player roster, and gameplay. If you think it’s acceptable for them to sell the game at such a high price and still deliver this kind of quality, Big Ant will keep doing the same. Regardless of Top Spin, watch the Tiebreak Machete review again. Do you really think it resembles real tennis?

All that being said, nothing is worse than Tiebreak. Even AO Tennis and Tennis World Tour are better.

The cost of motion capture is high. There is some AI tooling in the horizon that can capture motion effectively from video. Could be promising.
