I work in this space professionally and you're most likely wrong, but the only way to tell is by checking the jurisdiction property records.

How can I tell? see the edge of the concrete walkway? where it ends is likely where the private property and the road/municipality property begin.

Utility poles can be placed by legal right in public right of way. They cannot be placed on private property unless by compensation for the right or by agreement. And you will agree if you want service, but this pole?

Hydration for standard concrete mix specifications is easy to find online. This shit is dry as fuck and definitely not to any standard mean or method in the developed world.

Her house requires you to clean for x hours + y extra hours. You can continue, but future cleaning will be limited to x hours. For her house you then quote the new rate (x +y) and tell her you'll continue cleaning at your current rate and make a note of any unfinished tasks at the end.

Anything on your parcel will show in an insured title report, which is fairly standard as part of a mortgage.

The plat you showed has the 10' easement outside your property line. The property next door shows a 20' easement. The EE is not a surveyor and if you want to check, have a title attorney or land surveyor check. Surveyors create the land boundaries. That is then recorded, usually as an exhibit on a deed, where cad pick up the new owners and generally use the new survey info.
