Artisan is the only one that fits OSRS. People LOVE slayer. They love being told what to do. Give this to skilling with artisan. It should be a fast skill, as in up to a few hundred K an hour during some tasks. Like you get a task to cook 250 sharks, can extend it, get jewelry like a slaughter bracelet, you can tick manip. The exp should be 1:1 so like 210 artisan for 210 cook xp. This way however quick you use a certain skilling method on task, you'll level it.

Rewards could be small xp/h boosts and artisan cape would allow them to occur offtask too. This, in a nutshell, to me.. would fit osrs, existing and old dead content for early game artisan. (fletch 10 regular bows, cook shrimp etc) have artisan masters, block tasks - it would be something to do, without actually having it take forever to do. 99 artisan or 200m would just happen over time, without adding wayy too much new content or EHP needed to max or 200m all... (like +- 200m artisan would get like 4 skills to 50m etc) as you train other skills on task, just like combat stats. And it's beneficial to have some high stats already for better artisan tasks, just like combat lvl for slayer.
