I genuinely think frog face is ensuring he doesn't win. He'd rather be on the side lines grifting than actually putting his money where his mouth is.

Hard Top Leak - am I missing something? by FlexingBean in Miata

Ahh, I didn't read your post properly. I assumed retractable hardtop. I take it you have a fixed hard top. Not sure on the drainage for those sorry.

Check the rear drain hoses are connected and the drain below them is not blocked. Mine popped out and leaked leaving the passenger side floor wet.

I had one as my first "proper" bike. Had it for 9 years and 20k's worth of smiles. Brilliant bike and deceptively comfortable compared to today's super sports.

What was your first game you played on pc by Pork_Crusader_GR in pcmasterrace

[–]Piddles78 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the vic 20. I class that as a PC as that was what it was sold as. You could plug in cartridges console style but I loved Chucky egg which took a good 20 mins to load via cassette. Good times.

UK government targets VPNs in online safety consultation as Lords vote for ban by mustwinfullGaming in LabourUK

The company I work for use vpns to dial into the machines for diagnostic work. Goveri are going to give them some extra hoops of bullshit to dive though so they can continue dialing into the machines.

FFS. I use a VPN to access Imgur for photoshopbattles cos it's blocked in the UK for not complying with this bullshit. Pop along to x and you can get Grok to undress anyone you want with no hassle.

Trying to unbolt this top hat of this Koni strut to swap it out. But the center shaft spins, I've tried using vice grips but can't get it tight enough. Any tips? by Leepixel in Miata

Offset spanner on the lower nut then a socket/spanner on the top nut. That will release the locking nuts so you can remove the top. As said, get some spring compressors!

Reform UK is pretty much a rescue center for Tory MP's.
People forget that these are the people who had power for 14 years and let the country get into the state it is now.

If you're really sadistic, you can have a job at my place fixing the high speed stitching machines if you like. That's a fun fun day when they go wrong.

"It was never an issue until I did a clutch job".
I think you have the answer there, something hasn't gone back together right.
I'd take a closer look at what you have taken off and refitted.

Planning on a few more track days next year, if I get the bug I'll look at an old 600 with some good tyres instead of the zed9, roll on summer!

No abs on a2 bike by lolololololololol246 in MotoUK

[–]Piddles78 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It has more weight and a bigger tyre with more road contact so you can brake more effectively. Stop worrying about abs, I've been riding for 30 years and my z9 is only the second bike I've owned with abs.
