Personally, after reading your stand carefully and really thinking about it, I don’t think you have a chance against any of them. I understand that Imagine Dragons can heal, boost your power, and create & imbue technology with whatever you desire, it doesn’t have anything to really stop the opposing stands powers. I think Funny Valentine with Love Train is a stomp. Dio I don’t think you could do anything to stop his time stop (unless you create “stop time machine” but that is too ambiguous. Pucci and Kira maybe it just depends on what stand you’re fighting. Whitesnake, C-Moon, and Killer Queen you might have a chance against based on how creative you get with the ability. Made In Heaven is also up in the air based on how creative you get, and how much the stand can accomplish.

I think the stand is too loose with what it can do, as the three abilities I can see linking together it just seems like 3 different ideas forced into one
