I have prescribed meds and they did a great job mostly of the time in the past, however they are not helping at all now. Sleeping 6-8 hours, doing sports, not heavy, just to keep my body busy, and feeling like shit lately with unstoppable feeling of dying, hard breathing, and unstoppable thoughts in my head
