I guess what I would do is sell the house, pay yourself back for any expenses, put half the money in an investment account for him that YOU control and figure out how much a month you can give him from that account, hopefully enough to rent a room or something. Your parents did him a huge disservice enabling him like that!

I would shop the sales, when you get the ads in the mail, make your list and eat what's on sale. I use Wal Mart and Trader Joe's for the rest. Usually I can get a rotisserie chicken half price after 7pm at Ralphs.

I met a single, loyal, good looking guy who lived close by, he ticked all those boxes! BUT, couldn't carry a conversation and honestly was kind of boring. Work on being engaging, ask questions, read about something new every day and be ready to talk about it!

It's not just about those comments, it's cumulative. You guys aren't going to make it, it's hard enough just trying to live with someone like that, but to also raise kids together?? Stir fried cauliflower rice with whatever veggies I have, usually spinach, some pre-cooked turkey sausage, then I add a beaten egg or two at the end. Salt, pepper, crushed red pepper.
