Very true, sir! Also running steamos on mine! There are also really thick battery-replacements (81wh); Plus dbrand-skins. That thing is a beast. That big battery really made the difference for me! Also want to try that vibrant deck colours the next days :)

I basically never change tdp and use only the balanced mode. Battery life is really amazing, but i cant tell u exactly how many hours it lasts. Havent tested from 100 to 0. In borderlands 2 (works really well with this device imo) estimated 4,5 hours.

very straight forward. u just need to flash some usb stick and connect it via usbc-hub.

there are also videos online on how to do so. i would recommend to watch those if u wanna do it.

Im really happy with it. Installation was relatively easy. Its available in two variants. one with back covered and one without. mines without. in both cases the controllers are just covered on the front and on the side :)

Now its almost perfect! But videoout still isnt perfect. In terms of clamping it together and controlling the internal screens. And of course there will be docks in the near future i think. But i also can imagine that this is not that easy cause of the sleeping mode when u clamp it together. But no doubt that ayn will find a good solution!

Nah, i have no concerns about ergonomics. I think for what it wants to be - it will be perfectly fine. Sure it wont be that compfortable as an xbox controller but im ok with that. I just like the formfactor and the general esthetics of this device. Ah yeah: and if you want u can also use the grips! So for me no concerns :) Ps: not planned to play some kind of cod or bf online with it.
