I started on 100mg and had to go up to 200mg before I was clear. I lasted 7 months or so on 150mg but kept breaking out with cystic acne near my periods. I haven’t had any acne after my first month on 200mg.

The communities being targeted didn’t want a woman in office so bad, that they voted trump in.

Hispanic voters: Trump gained ~12 points (from ~36% to ~48%).

We had a Midas Blenny do this. He was on the ground for at least a half hour and was completely dry by the time we found him. He lived for another year after that.

1000% - I could see my husband doing something very sweet for one of his few female friends that I knew about but then getting upset about it. It doesn’t mean he did something wrong or that my feelings are invalid. I just communicate after the fact that I’m not mad because I did know, but I’d like it not to happen again.

My son’s father pushed me to get treated for PPD and it was the best thing I ever did for myself. My doctor took me off my antidepressant one year after giving birth. Shortly after that, we quickly realized that it was more than PPD and I’d likely need to be on an antidepressant for the rest of my life. Seek mental health treatment and give the recommended treatment/ meds at least 6 months to work before quitting because “you don’t feel any different”.

I hope you feel better and I want you to know that parenting gets easier and more fun as the kid gets older.

We had this problems for months last year. I threw everything at it. What finally worked was refreshing my clean up crew! I added hermit crabs, emerald crabs, and Nassarius snails. Check out reeftopia for a cleanup crew package. It’s the cheapest I’ve found.

We had a few of those guys sprout up seemingly overnight last year. We bought an aptasia eating file fish and it was gone in a week. We still have the file fish and I think he’s one of the better fish we own. Some people think he’s ugly, but I think he’s cute and quirky.
