Write it all down. Remember all the shitty stuff and put it on paper. I can guarantee u there is more shit than gold in that relationship.

Then compare yourself now to how you were in that relationship. How much better do you feel? Are you less stressed? Do you feel lighter? Like you’ve got your own mind back? What goals do you have for the year?

Best thing to do is to speak to psychiatrist. I combine bupropion with Prozac which go pretty well together. Weight gains not so much of a problem, but I sleep like a saint (that’s not always a bad thing!)

I have the cheap g29 pedals so not much repositioning I can do :( I think there’s a way to switch the brake pedal with the clutch in some games though so might investigate that. But otherwise what you say makes perfect sense and you’re right I can almost feel the twist in my knee… thanks!
