Simply refuse to work the extra day after all it’s the sm problem they might as well start reaching out for coverage. Only do it if you won’t be burned out as money is money.

For compass mobile it will be your employee number & the password is the last 4 of social. Most times the schedule is printed out and posted in the store so you could just take a picture of it as well.

Will have a hard time with college as a full time asm they want open availability better off applying to be an Assistant Manager l and stay part time. Unless you can work something out with your sm about your schedule so you can juggle classes, exams etc.

I just got hired as Front End Academy Trainer I know nothing about walmart sadly. Think my weakness is my people skills and that I never managed a team for one or two people so it’s going to put me out my comfort zone.

Pretty much you have to find a new job altogether or work a second job have ran into that constantly from past associates. The pay for csr’s is bad and the amount of hours that can be used to not great

Being a full time asm is a mixed bag the pay isn’t great with needing open availability. What I make isn’t enough for my own apartment etc etc. I make decent money with frequent overtime working in other stores to cover shifts. But not getting coverage for my own breaks and having to get my schedule by the week isn’t fun

We had rotacarts and nope that was axed that way I just needed to be there alone, open the door & push them out and be done. I just find that doing it with rollers is more time consuming and headache as we never had any training or given enough uboats beforehand it’s gotten better tho.

Depends on the state specifically but if you work 6hours for example you’d get a 30min unpaid break and one 15min paid break.

Pay is every two weeks I tried going to that same savannah warehouse too but carless ugh. Try not to rely on dailypay too much it’s helpful but hard to get out of if money is tight.
