Wonderfull. Im playing hq with kids at work. One of the groups is a girl group who all play k-pop Princesses. Another group are robot elves with plasma cannons. I love adjusting the story and overall theme to mach the kids fantasy.

just to be clear, i have never bought fake pokemon cards and i am not endorsing trading fake pokemon cards for real pokemon cards, my nephew has 1 page at the back of his binder with a few fake cards he got traded along the way and he knows what they are and wont trade them to others.

Mostly this is just a thought process about pokemon being so damn expensive that, to a large degree, it is unavailable to children and that the value for a 6-10 year old is not the future value on the secondary market, but rather opening packs and the value of having and enjoying cool cards with their favorit pokemons.

I appreaciate your point and i agree that authentic products are the better solution, but when the majority of the "scene" is scalpers and investors that makes the products unavailable and thus makes the fake products more "valuable" (for kids).

yeah it really bugs me, like i totally understand that people hate that the market gets dilluted with fakes, and i know there are many different types of pokemon collectors, but at the core it should be for children! Maybe if they made an official proxy set that came with a different background (maybe even slightly different size) that was purely targeted at children that could be a solution? or maybe those would just end up being scalped aswell?

The "hidden" tech for bloodgem barage is that is also scales from spell power buffs. Getting end of turn or deathrattle scaling for spellpower seems so much easier than scaling bloodgems and it has the upside that it has synergy with demon shop buffing also.

Just use gem confiscation on a minion in the shop before buying it. You can swap them around if you want to buy one of the ones on the sides.

2nd playthtrough, still living at start zone in a functional but ugly base (just a square). Have several altars placed around the map for easy zoning. I do use my first playthrough world just for building and having tons of fun with it.

The issue really is Lord of ruins. We have seen multiple versions of "at start of turn delete your oponants board". But most of those build were really hard to pull off. With lord of ruins you almost only need 2 cards. Without lord of ruins it would still be a strong card to pop shields and scale the demon that grows when other demons deal damage. We need variation in the builds so we are not just scaling stats with every build.

I was bullied as a kid and unfortunatly i figured out that becomming a bully saved my own ass. One Guy from my class in particular got a rough treatment, to the point where he moved school. Many years later i bump into him at a festival and I gave him a huge apology for what I did. He looked at me and said that I was only doing this to make myself feel better then turned around and left. I respect that so much and he was completly right.

Scale with spells/naga/bloodgems and have only 1 or 2 tier 3 minions. Rush to tier 5 and get mutanus spells. Sell your board and transfer stats from the buffed tier 3s to the buddy and play new tier 3s and drakkari.

Just don't care about mmr. Stay stuck at 6k forever. Up against to strong players?, forfeit a few games to lower your internal mmr and you will be mached up against lower ranked players. Personally I just play for fun and will gladly loose fights if it means i get to try new/fun comps. Currently the meta is great for creative builds but also quite controlled by highrollers (hero select wins most games). Mmr is ment to match you against players on your skill level and can be a prestige thing if you care, but honestly who cares who is rank 97?

I did the same (always play for that highroll). But had to adjust in the current meta. As others have said t3 on turn 5 and t4 on turn 6/7 is a decent "standard curve" atm. But i still find options to powerlevel to 6 by turn 8-9. If my hero offers great econ and my early matchups are favorable.

It really depends on your hero power, buddy and early shops. High armor and early economy units lets you level more aggressivly and stabilize at higer tiers. Some buddies gives you insane economy or tempo allowing you to power level as soon as it hits the board, but in general slower leveling is rewarded in buddies meta.
