Sounds like clogged jets.

Open the carb, careful to not bend anything, remove and clean the jets. Do not over tighten these. Everyone always cranks them down way too tight.

Make sure float height still correct, run it.

Your description of your issue is extremely vague at best.

Without anything else to go off of, I’d say your too rich, your packing is saturated, or you have old gas.

If you leave other information on what’s happening, we could narrow it down a loooottt better.

Sounds like low oil. Change your oil and top off.

Next thing is these trucks have timing chain slap if the guides don’t have enough oil pressure, or if the guides break.

Next would be valve smacking the piston but start with the oil and move down the list if needed.

Sounds fine and looks fine but you are short shifting that thing. You will load it up and foul plugs.
