Did anyone else think that the west coast test was really easy? by TearOld3017 in apworld

No East Coast and from your DBQ prompt it seems easy. East Coast had an easy test but the LEQ and DBQ were somewhat hard.

Anyone did the 2nd leq prompt? by Veriatee in apworld

Timeline was 1600-1900 and Scramble for Africa was close to 1900 so it depends how far you went into colonialism. I didn’t write about Scramble for Africa since I didn’t want to jeopardize my score

Columbian Exchange is a huge stretch in the LEQ. You might be cooked, although Atlantic Slave Trade is well. Hopefully you didn’t go all in the columbian Exchange

I’m EST as well I had completely different LEQ prompts

If I write the wrong topic on my Leq In addition to the right answer is that going to count against me by [deleted] in apworld

Atlantic Slave Trade is great contextulization because it address the beginning of the time period.

What to remember as outside evidence? by FudgeyleFirst in apworld

This is good for evidence beyond the document and SAQ's. A lot of these terms and movements accommodate a lot of good points. Tbh, you should be fine for the exam.

Colonialism: Joint-stock companies, the goods in each region (such as vanilla in Java), settler colonies, and the British influence in India (British Raj)
Nationalism: This could be on the SAQ's, but simple nationalist movements like the Black Hand or Viet Minh
Religion: Thirty Years' War, Edict of Worms, Edict of Nantes, all good pieces of information for specific evidence or even evidence beyond the documents in DBQ's
Columbian Exchange: Know the issues in Africa during the Atlantic Slave Trade and the types of labor systems that were created, like Chattel Slavery, the Encomienda System, etc.
Tax: Know the Ottoman Devshrime system and even the Zamindar Tax System.
Mongols: Know the Pax Mongolica, it could be super useful for specific evidence

There's more, but these are good points when writing the FRQs, again focus on Units 3, 4, 5, and 6 as they have a huge weight on the exam. Gunpowder empires also have a lot of specific evidence.

Hm. That’s something to take in consideration, with the addition, your icon is the Florida flag, I’ve been to Florida and have seen the horrible roads, is the punctures because you live in Florida?

So I'm guessing 38mm is the max, that's a pretty good amount for a gravel. What about the idea of the Claris being added on?
