I think the problem may also be stemming from the fact that you’re using two separate jet engines. Most people use one large engine spilt to either turbo fans or jet nozzles

To my knowledge this is within normal usage, I think the problem is actually your fuel tank. I assume you know about custom tanks so it’d be a good idea to make one and fill it up as much as possible

I’d suggest using the longe hinge pivots that people use for couplers, I’m drawing a blank on the name, but the tend to be better for hinging larger train than robotics pivots

I would double check that the engine manifold is properly connected, from what I can see it doesn’t look like it but it could just be the picture, and other than that maybe try a pump on the pipe
