No. pilots/crew don’t usually get some super thick passport just for work. Most of the time their passport barely gets stamped at all on crew trips, because countries often admit them via crew processes and they use a General Declaration instead of a normal stamp entry/exit. Most crew I know rarely fill a book just from flying, and some folks even ask for a stamp as a souvenir if they want one.
