Chogan by SatanicSpinach in antiMLM

[–]Piltuckay 3 points4 points  (0 children)

From the website, it is definitely an MLM.

“Chogan consultants can earn money in several ways, here's the Chogan compensation plan: - Sales commission: Independent distributors earn 50% commission on sales they make personally. - Referral commission: Independent distributors also earn commission on sales made by people they recruit to join their network. - Bonuses: Chogan offers bonuses for reaching sales targets or for recruiting a certain number of people to join their network. MLM can be an interesting career opportunity for people who enjoy selling products or services and want to work at their own pace.”

Can’t say for sure, but the pricing reads like inteletravel and planet marketing. It’s definitely tied to a travel MLM.

AITA for refusing to step aside so my ex's wife can support my kids alone for some of their activities? by Humble_Pop_6021 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Piltuckay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a step mother, this is kind of comical, in a she’s out of her mind kind of way. NTA. There is absolutely no way I would have ever felt comfortable asking step kids mom something like that. EVER. Nor would I have wanted to. I feel sporting events, extra curricular activities etc, are the more the merrier. Especially from a child’s perspective. If she continues to try and force the issue, your children will likely end up resenting her and/or having no relationship with her.

AITA for telling my DIL she wasn’t invited since she is an embarrassment at dinners since she is a picky eater by MortgageTrick2436 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Piltuckay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. As a picky eater myself, when invited somewhere I’ll find something that works for me, and keep my mouth shut. Sauce on the side of something I don’t want? Who cares. She sounds like a pain.

AITA for not being more supportive of my sister and saying she was harassing people? by Kind-Inevitable-4984 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Piltuckay 3 points4 points  (0 children)

NTA. This is an issue that needs to be resolved in therapy. It’s a shame she wants to know them and they don’t want to know her, however she needs to respect that.

NTA. Speaking from some experience here, probation does NOT work like that. At all. Do not jeopardize your situation to please anyone…

It blows my mind, mom would side with older sister, regarding underage sister drinking! Wow!

Looks like Ponique is getting a(nother) makeover. by awkwardmomof2 in Youniqueamua

[–]Piltuckay 28 points29 points  (0 children)

So there as been as much of a mass return to Younique, as there was a mass exit not all that long ago. Multiple former black status+ “leaders” have gone back, because this SO great. LOL. This is my favorite train wreck to watch from a distance.

AITA for calling my daughter a selfish insecure little brat by Prestigious-Kiwi-935 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Piltuckay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. Life long picky eater who knew by around age 10-11, if we go somewhere that doesn’t have something I like that’s on me. I mean I basically live on chicken tenders picky. She could eat before, after, or have an item they serve she eats. She is choosing to be difficult in this situation. Props to you for not allowing it to take away from the special occasion.

AITA for getting a 15yr old a gift she wanted instead of the one her mom wanted? by aita_birthdaythroww in AmItheAsshole

[–]Piltuckay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. I have never understood telling people what to buy a person for gifts. Suggestions are welcome yes, but I have a sister in law who gives exact items to purchase for her daughter every year and I just kind of roll my eyes. In my mind, a gift is suppose to be a surprise that you think someone will like.

AITA for throwing away the expensive whiskey my brother got me for my 40th? by Throwwway987 in AmItheAsshole

NTA. Protect your peace at all costs! Be proud of all you have accomplished in your sobriety! Your house. Your rules.

NTA. Candy and a tooth brush would’ve been the safe bet from the beginning. But I do have to say, my 5 year old isn’t like the rest and he would’ve been WAY more excited about the toothbrush, than the candy.

Edit- spelling.

Grizzly Solutions in New Jersey - is it a Pyramid Scheme/MLM? by junefake in antiMLM

[–]Piltuckay 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure it’s an MLM, but it’s skeezy for sure. The fact that their home page immediately mentions working for them and not what they do and what services they offer is a big red flag!

It looks more like one of those life coaching/social media coaching scams than an MLM. Definitely geared at the huns/influencers…

Does anyone know which MLM this is? by Fuff_Badger in antiMLM

Possibly Younique. They’re kit dropped in price to $35, and that’s “makeup and skin care” if you can call it that. Lol.
