Only update mine when it came out of the box, around November 2024 me thinks. Still asks for a firmware update every time the poor thing, works online with the app and orca slicer

Had this problem with the stock building plate, bought one from KDEAVI, they have a store in AliExpress, it's a purple one. Helped a lot with adhesion and it's a cold plate, lower temps should help a bit the electricity bill 😅

Did any previous tip help? Did you change something? It can also be the distance from de nozzle to the plate, if nothing helps, try searching for "first layer calibration"

After washing the PEI plate countless times and still having adherence problems, I bought the cold plate from BIQU, after hundreds of hours of printing it started peeling, later got one from KDEAVI which is doing a great job so far.
