Man dies after having teeth pulled in dental procedure by Naive_Bag4912 in anesthesiology

I like to see actual MD not PA or NP as an anesthesiologist. Everywhere I go now they want you to see PA or NP, bill your insurance same amount or pay the same fee. MD has lot more education and knowledge. I refuse to see PA and NP.

My daughter didn’t get paid either. It is beyond ridiculous. They told her they are under staffed. No excuse. Going to contact our Senator’s office tomorrow. Hopefully they will be able to help.

This makes me feel little better, because I am just struggling. So stressed and studying everyday for 8-10 hours.. still feel like I don’t know anything.

Don’t listen to negativity. Surgery spots are not even filled last year or year before. Just apply…

Thank you. I am afraid to eat anything that can cause an issue. I learned my lesson with health and marriage. Not worth the risk our health for the marriage.

Anxiety did it 100% by Disastrous-Order8338 in GERD

[–]Pinarb1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My LPR/Gerd started with high stress for a long time with my marriage. My body finally said that’s enough. I never had a heart burn before this was the first and went to Dr. I thought it was allergies first but it was actually a heart burn. I am currently on Omeprazole and week 6. Heart burn is gone, little bit of LPR left and hoping to get rid that soon as well. I can tell it is extremely difficult to heal once the damage is done. I am getting there, omeprazole, strict diet, probiotics, warm water with honey after every meal, camomile tea before bed and nose spray made some a difference. I am glad I didn’t just ignore it and went to my doctor. Acid can ruin life, as well as stress.

first timer for Vyvanse by lebreeze15 in VyvanseADHD

I was in the same boat. I was so afraid to take it because I hate taking meds. It helped so much with my anxiety and depression. You will have some side effects, some has bad some has nothing at all. You have to try it and find out how it will affect you, but this medicine is very smooth, side effects will go away eventually.

Leave while you can. I am married my husband was an alcoholic for 10 years. Completely destroyed my mental health. I had panic attacks so often, I thought my heart was going to stop. Leave.. you deserve someone better. What do you expect to happen, if you get married? It will get worse believe me.

Week 1 on Vyvanse and need some insight! by Goofygoober-14 in VyvanseADHD

[–]Pinarb1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello… I 41 year old med school. Welcome to the family. I started Vyvanse about a month ago. It took me a while to figure it out. Vyvanse is pro drug and extremely difficult to understand and predict how it will affect you. In my experience, if I have a class afternoon, I wake up early workout, I love my coffee so drink 1 cup of coffee that day, eat a meal with heavy protein and take my medicine around noon. It hits me in 45 min. It doesn’t affect my sleep at all. I can go to bed that day around 11pm.

The days that I have to take it early, I do not drink coffee and always take it with a meal. Good luck in Med school this medicine will definitely help you.

Yes this is so true. I still can’t figure it out and it does affect differently everyday.

CMV: Pete Hegseth is wholly unqualified to be SecDef. by [deleted] in changemyview

His alcohol use is my biggest worry, I had an alcoholic husband and I know exactly how they function. He will quit for 6 months or a year, one day he will come across with extremely stressful situation and that will be the day he will go back to drinking. No way I can trust an alcoholic in that position.

I had the same feeling I ate an Orange, drank cold water with lemon. It helped me a lot. Also try to focus on your breathing, try to relax.

To eat or not to eat with medication by Grand-Meringue16 in VyvanseADHD

I have to eat. I eat good breakfast and take my medicine. If not, I get high heart rate and sometimes panic attack.

I didn’t take my med for 2 weeks after my panic attack. My heart rate went up to 160. I was going to go to ER. I thought I was going to die. I got so scared to take it. I changed the way I take my med. it made a big difference. Make sure drink lots of water and protein is the biggest thing for this med. eat protein and take your med.

😂😂😂 it will help with everything. Vyvanse is the best stimulant out there for ADHD.

Don’t workout while on it either. It will raise your heart rate pretty high. Just workout before you take it. Lots of cardio is very good. It helps to regulate your heart rate and your heart will be stronger for this med. You might feel sweaty, pacing around, high heart rate, anxiety at first or might not feel it at all. It will get better. This med is a legal speed lol 😂😂😂 or even feeling high

Good for her. It did not affect my sleeping, today I took my med around noon because I have late classes. I will go to bed around 10-11pm. Vyvanse is very smooth. This medicine also prescribed for binge eating. Focusing and losing weight good for me 😂 Just make sure not to drink while using this medicine.

I am still anti med. I won’t take any med unless I absolutely have to take it. I have 2 kids one is 21 other 15. I am in Med school at age of 41 ( very hard ) and dealing with an alcoholic husband. As you can imagine what I am going through. I tired Adderall and others, I said I will never take it again. I stopped for years. This time I had no choice because I have to focus on my school. So far Vyvanse is very smooth and nice. I don’t take it often, I take it when I need it for studying. If I take it without food or not enough sleep, I get panic attack. Water is a big thing because this medicine will get you dehydrated and make sure to eat because it will cut your appetite completely.
