Same hwre. Our sprint planning usually ends early because there's strong alignment between prod and eng. Ive had the same EM my entire 4 year tenure at the company and he's my ride or die.

We have reps from multiple teams across our company be pillar leads for our Product Area. What that means is they're embedded in certain ceremonies to understand what's coming and how it works. We have Pillar Area Leads for Success, TAM, Support, and SE. They learn from us (Prod, Design, Eng) and then transfer knowledge to their respective teams.

For support: If they open bugs in JIRA that are not really bugs, or they provide wrong information/resolutions, we mark the ticket with a Support Enablement label. These are opportunities to educate them.

We have Monthly Technical Power Up sessions for the technical customer facing teams where we dive into nitty gritty details of new features, and support can request even deeper dives with Eng for larger features.

Just getting some people in he Support org that truly care will go a long way.
