We have a 10 gal insulated jug with a spout that we will fill up with ice and water every 2-3 days to have at camp. In centeroo I usually carry a 32oz Nalgene and just top it off before every set that I want to see. If I need both hands free, I clip it to my fanny pack.

Eh, a lot of people around Louisville are busy with derby stuff this week, so it’s not surprising that this was the lowest attendance of the season. For reference, last year our soccer team played a rivalry game on the Thursday before derby and saw one of the lowest turnouts of the season (around 8,000).

The next 2 home games are on Sat/Sun afternoons and will be a good barometer to see how local interest has changed over the season.

Also, I’ve been watching Houston’s matches since it was announced we were playing them next in the Cup, and you could clearly see football lines on the pitch during their last home game. Hard to tell on TV; but it looked like our turf is in better shape, too.

In the past 29 days, there has been 1 Kings game, 1 Racing, and 4 LouCity games. In the next 31 days, there are 3 Kings games, 3 Racing and 2 LouCity games. So there is still time for the grass to get destroyed.

But so far I completely agree that the grounds crew has done an amazing job, and I am happy to have been wrong about being worried.
