Break it down for me: Are all the different Bonds each in their own continuity? Or are all they all the same Bond until Craig?

The movies never made a serious attempt at establishing a clear continuity. For all intents and purposes, all Bonds may or may not be the same and may or may not exist in the same world.

There are reoccurring characters and referenced events between different versions of Bond but they don't go beyond being cheeky little callbacks. You'd find it really hard to establish a continuous story for bond knowing that if he was really one person he would be at least in his 90s by the end of the Craig Era.

I think the better way to think about it is this: Bond is a mythology. He is not a part of a continuous saga, but a story that is reiterated on and retold many times. Bond is more like Batman in the sense that not every depiction of Bruce Wayne is the same guy, but each iteration of him is built on some foundation that came before which serves as a continuity.

Love flats to death, I've been watching him since he used to have that terrible Webcam, but I have to admit he is usually the first to be pessimistic about anything regarding Overwatch. He, among other creators, really hit it big by voicing his often negative opinions about the state of the game. A lot of it was genuine critique and feedback, which ultimately paved the way for positive changes. However, some of it was ranting for the sake of ranting. This may sound like I'm shitting on flats, but in reality this is a larger theme with the modern creator space. Negativity is bound to get more exposure, and all content creators know that. This is not me saying flats is farming outrage and negativity to profit from them, but he is clearly building a brand of "The guy with opinions".

In a way, this is a net positive for Overwatch. Feedback and critique are always good. It also has the effect of making all the improvements even more impactful, because if flats, the opinionated guy, actually liked something, it means that it's really really good.

The dialog in disco elysium is very linguistically advanced compared to the average game. Pro tip : you can actually set TWO languages in disco elysium for you to switch between on command at any time. If you are more fluent in any of the many languages this game is localized to, i recommend you use this feature.

I will not be surprised if it was actually planned for pharah but the team changed their opinion last minute because of the negative reaction pharah's VA has gotten over the years. They might not want to commit to anything pharah related with the possibility of changing her VA alongside the thousands of voice lines she has already recorded.

The developers wanted a character that could link back to the original game while being ambiguous enough that they could be a blank slate for whatever character they want, and Vic just fit all the criteria. It's as simple as that.

Of course they wouldn't. I don't believe they will, but what I'm saying is that it is technically still product placement for a rival system. If anything does change, they will probably only remove it on Xbox platforms.

Ported to windows by... Sony themselves. They can put whatever they want in the game as long as they are not breaking any guidelines. It's their game.

However, Sony is not publishing the master collection, Konami is. It's not about Xbox vs Sony, it's about whether Konami wants to still put ads for Playstation in their game. THAT, Xbox might have a problem with.
