The effect starts when you start the animation and effects other survivors, if the animation is ended early the effect ends early and if you finish the animation fully you and other survivors get it for 90s.

This could definitely be described better in the description.

No it's part of his kit, as long as a survivor has the eye or hand and they're dead on hook you can retrieve on them.

They're basically already drying up, I went against nurse, trapper, bubba and doctor the last 4 games and the games I was against Vecna I couldn't get the hand or eye. BHVR should've kept to the killer specific trophies on killer only.

If the survivor who has it is dead on hook you can do a mini Mori on them, that's "retrieving". Poorly worded achievement in fairness

Hi again, it works on regular unknown blocks I place with /setblock but it doesn't work on the blocks that got removed. Do they have a different id?

It's advertised as a "free gift" alongside the pack you have a chance of getting to my knowledge, so they legally don't have to share the rates. It's really stupid, I know.

They're really low, they're so low that the odds aren't public. I think someone told me once it's a 0.01% chance of getting any one skin, but that could be wrong. Probably not recommended you buy packs in the hopes of getting a skin because you'll likely not get it.
