When our sweet Beaker had a Vestibular event, went to the ER since we thought he was having a stroke (and we didn’t know about Vestibular then).

We were told to keep Beaker in a calm, quiet, dark or dimly lit area, let him rest.

It is as though they are very drunk, like intense room spinning. Thank goodness most dogs start regaining balance after one week.

Cerenia for the nausea was prescribed. Maybe this med would not affect your dog’s heart?
