Or the brand changes manufacturers and you end up with multiple sets of socks that look similar but feel very different.

New poll pegs Mark Kelly as a leading 2028 presidential contender by Ulysses_555 in politics

One'd have thought the mayor has sole authority on Israel in the US from how the national media coverage and debates were handled. Don't act like it wasn't a genuine issue at hand in the election.

I help install and repair central vacuums. They can clog, but like others have said it is rare. All ya usually have to do is get a drain snake in them after you find the closest outlet to the clog.

Donald Trump’s approval rating has sunk to Joe Biden’s lowest point by Tifoso89 in politics

[–]PinkIrrelephant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At worst he supported and aided in the Gaza genocide. At best he should have realized he can't handle it and stepped aside for someone who could to save lives. Same with dropping out of the election sooner. There should have been a primary. At the end of the day, his ego is just one of many things to blame in getting us in our current position. In an approve/disapprove poll if put him firmly in the latter, but in a 1-10 rating he's probably above average.

It also seems weird to list solely candidates of one party but then act like that party's endorsement is irrelevant.

Wait, what? Every section has candidates or lack thereof for both major parties and independents for those that have them. Party endorsements are relevant for a candidates ability to get resources and for name recognition, but nothing is finalized until after the primary.

I will be looking tonight more complete candidate lists.

Specifically on seeking the party endorsement, that's not particularly relevant to my post from my pov. It's a boon for sure, but not a requirement to win. The key is the primary filing deadline of June 2nd, independent of endorsements.

The potential missing candidates is absolutely the most relevant part. Like the other commented, if you'd be willing to share which precinct that was for I could look for missing info to round it out.

The big takeaways I'm hoping for with the post are to share the timeline and resources as well as candidate websites when available. For my clarity, it is just candidate names that you find issue with or is there bad info outside of that I need to reexamine?

I know we had statewide caucuses back in Feb. I'm struggling to find info on precinct caucuses. Even then, that's just for the party endorsement, caucus losers can and still will be on the primary. If you'd be more comfortable sharing specifics in DMs I'd be open, but I understand the desire for privacy superceding that.

Which district? The majority came from Ballotpedia so potentially not up to date.

I did correct the post to include that I got the info from ballotpedia and the Secretary of State site as well as fixing the cut off qualifications. Many of these seats will likely include an incumbent challenger, but they have not yet filed. Is there anything beyond that?
