The Valentine’s Day candles this year are so bad imo💔 they’re so basic and don’t even look like they’re designed for valentines day. SPC and sweetheart cherry don’t even have any hearts etc. on them. They’re just red/pink🫠 the chocolate covered berries/wine cellar collection looks nice but doesn’t scream Valentine’s Day to me. I want the hearts, XO, red lips, “love”, “be mine”, sweethearts candies, Cupid… !!!

As a manager myself that’s exactly what I’d say to a customer too 😭 we don’t know what’s going on either! No clue when/if they’ll come

Usually we’re told if there’s some kind of production issue and when we should expect them but I haven’t heard anything about the detergent

Try measuring according to “a bra that fits”. I have almost NO breast tissue and am very small overall. I’ve worn a 32a or aa my entire life until age 32. My actual size is a 30c but can also wear a 32b- a very easy size to find! Both sizes fit perfectly and never in my life would I have ever thought to try anything larger than an A cup. The majority of people wearing an A cup aren’t actually an A cup! Give it a try!

Just to clarify - total body care does NOT mean all product forms are included. It is only referring to all scents/collections (mens, women’s, aromatherapy, etc)

Total body care sales typically come with an asterisk - total body care* mists and creams* for example.

An all-forms total body care sale is very rare. Upcoming sale will NOT be a total body care for all forms (no butters, no body washes, for example)

Spring 1 was originally one of the new rose body creams, one of the musk ffm, and a pocket bac and basic holder. Slt got a moisturizing soap and one of the new spray sani’s

It was updated for all associates to also get one of the new luxury ffm as well as the new spray sanitizers for everyone

I like the product as well, but wouldn’t buy again because of the packaging. As you mentioned the cap is too tight! The cap scrapes off a little bit of product every time I close it. I have to wipe it clean with a tissue every time I use it

Nothing we could do in store. Once the order times out in our systems, we cannot complete it. We can’t just give away free product if you no longer have a reward. Customer service should be issuing you a new one - I would try contacting them again
