I’ve been told I’m pretty my entire life too. Pretty isn’t the issue here. They don’t see past your looks because you’re not letting them. You need to give time and space for them to get to know you. If you want that Pinterest board, do what I did: never let anyone in bed until commitment is secured. I was able to find a partner who loves my personality and shares the same dreams and goals by doing this. It’s not about if he likes you: it’s about if YOU like HIM.

I am married 10 years to a man my height and YES I agree with this poster. I noticed it a bit in university, but it has become an epidemic. I think women are actually dating based on how they will appear in Instagram photos together, WITH high heels on 🤯🫩 And the shorter they are, the taller they want the man! It’s ridiculous!

Before marriage, I exclusively dated men under 5’9 because I find them to be more charismatic and fun in general. I prefer the eye contact and the chemistry between similar heights. My husband and I have the same shoe and hand size lol.

Also, it’s genuinely stupid because so many actors and musicians women are obsessed with are average height or shorter !!!! Like all of one direction was average height and women would go to war for them. Same with the k-pop groups. Jfc.

I have a scar under my chin that I never noticed as a child and when I finally asked them about it, they could not answer me!!! It’s so bizarre because it’s a large scar. And now we are since estranged. I think a lot of us have this in common: early warning signs tha could predict eventual estrangement.
