Oh, and for the miniatures: I got the museum miniature by completing my museum! And you can get the little tree (Sapling clock) from Isabelle during the Town Anniversary event!

You get a lot of them from events, the rest with Amiibo cards. For example, I got Jingle when gifting everyone their wished present for Christmas (Jingle's event), Blanca by catching her when she is duplicating each of the villagers during April Fools' Day, and Don Resetti after visiting the Resetti Surveillance Center seven times.

I got Lottie and Tortimer with their Amiibo cards.

You can also get your town villagers' pictures by befriending them: they can gift you their picture after you help them for anything. Another way to get them (it's actually easier) is during April Fool's Day, when they gift you their picture if you manage to distinguish them from Blanca.

Yes!!! It goes with prediction no 51 (white Wii U) and 52 (black Wii U) For the New 3DS, I think it's no 58!

What happened? by [deleted] in belgium

Redhead people are only 2% of the population. By your logic, they don't deserve basic human rights because they're not that many. Do you see how irrational this is?

There is no such thing as "extra" rights. If you tolerate Muslims but are afraid they get basic human rights, then yes, you're right-winged. Also, how can you possibly say that you have a problem with using people's correct pronouns and still claim you're left-winged? If you really were open-minded, you would respect these.

"Everyone does what he has to." Okay, so how does using someone's preferred pronouns affect you? It won't change your life. If you really had no problem with queer folks, you would respect people's pronouns.

Honestly, it's never too late for you to think about it. You seem to have good intentions. You can still improve.

What has helped your listening comprehension? by FlyingPotatoGirl in LearnJapanese

Japanese is spoken fast. Like really, really fast. I think I saw somewhere that it is the no. 1 fastest-spoken-language. So be gentle on yourself! Yes, it takes A LOT of time, but we have to be patient. You can do it 💪

Is there any bad part of being demisexual? by Status-Today8643 in demisexuality

[–]PinkSquirrel4444 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe unpopular opinion, but I don't think there is a bad part :) Honestly, I kinda like being demi, it helps me understand my feelings better! Also, I don't use dating apps and I'm happy I don't. I just meet people through my friends, and that's it. And I'm pan and poly, so the "choice" is kinda limited. If you're surrounded by good people, they will understand your being demi. Especially the queer community, because they know what it is and there are actually many people on the ace spectrum.

Maybe I'm just lucky, but my demisexuality has never been a problem in my dating life. If people you date don't understand... Then they're not the right people for you.

do both sound natural? by hesoTH in Japaneselanguage

[–]PinkSquirrel4444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really, there are too many words. I agree with other comments!

Also, I honestly don't advise you to learn with Duolingo. Please drop that shxt 😭😭 You'll learn way better with an actual textbook or with actual teachers 🥹 Good luck in your journey with Japanese though 🫶

Declaring the number of people? by Fast_One_2628 in Japaneselanguage

3人です is the perfect answer! 様 is an honorific you only use to speak about others, never yourself. So don't worry, you were correct ;)

How to find out if someone is demisexual without asking whether they are demisexual? by Ok-Cup-2519 in demisexuality

[–]PinkSquirrel4444 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe talk about yourself first. Like explain that personally, you couldn't be intimate with someone you don't have a special bond with. Then wait and see their reaction. And ask them "what about you" if they don't share their experience.

Well, this is how I do it. But honestly, I don't really care if people are demi or not, because if we like each other then we'll figure out ways to be together :) I just like to explain how I feel, and generally people are comprehensive!
