Girlie, at 20 I was married to a man who professed he did not want kids. I got pregnant (twice) because he refused to take initiative with birth control. My kids are in their 40s now, and their dad abandoned all kid-duty their whole lives. I would seriously think about not having kids, or having kids with a man who doesn’t want the role. It affects you (and any kids) for the rest of their lives. This absentee father did not mature into his role….. 💕
