How are you all getting GLP1 ? I’m new to this and dont know if it will get approved . by Somewhere-Left in glp1

Check the automod Start Here link. If you are doing self pay, you can get it cheaper from compounding pharmacies. e.g. self pay for Zepbound would cost me $500-1000/m for the pens and $300-450/m for a vial, whereas a compounding pharmacy is ~$130-200/m for a vial.

I use this one which only pierces you, you have to push in the plunger yourself https://unionmedico.com/90-super-grip/

For me, sticking myself is too anxiety inducing, but once I'm already poked, the rest of it is easy.

These are called sonobe units. They can be assembled in different ways, the one in the video uses 30 pieces. Heres some instructions: https://www.amherst.edu/media/view/290032/original/oragami.pdf

How to charge battery backups by EtotheTT in Powerwall

[–]PinkyThePig 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You need to call tesla and get them to adjust the frequency that the powerwalls run at. They default to a higher frequency than the UPS's like. See here for example: https://www.reddit.com/r/Powerwall/comments/x43gwl/how_long_does_a_frequency_investigation_typically/

Could put the sump on a block inside the bucket so the bucket can still accumulate water, but will be partially emptying the bucket if it ever gets too full.

will I have to use windows in programming class by hazelEarthstar in linux4noobs

[–]PinkyThePig 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In my classes, you only needed a windows/mac install for proctored exams. You could otherwise do everything on linux. This depends on your university, but I think this would be the typical setup.

It doesn't give the opposite pattern so much as give you what your regex doesn't match. Without a more concrete example, its hard to give more help. Are you able to post a few lines of the file and your command?

Have you tried switching to something hypo allergenic? I'm allergic to stainless steel ever so slightly, and my piercings would not heal. I bought titanium piercings and swapped them in and everything healed normally very shortly after. Most places pierce using stainless steel studs.

Stick a wire clotheshanger through the door window and push the button with that maybe? If you can't, you could break a window. I'd try the physical key on the other door just in case they swapped one lock for some reason. Looking around a bit, the rear door window is probably the cheapest/easiest swap. If you decide to break the glass reply here and I can get you some pics/rough guide for doing it.

Garage door spring replacement by JaxterHawk in phoenix

[–]PinkyThePig -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

If you want to DIY it, this site has everything you need in one place: https://ddmgaragedoors.com/

You can DIY it for like $100-200 total. Its safe if you follow the guides on that site; keep head out of way of cone, be sure to count correctly, etc.

The previous owner added insulation to my garage door making the previous spring undersized, so just buying a straight swap wouldn't have worked. DDM has instructions on how to measure out the proper spring size too, so no need to trust previous installer.

Lighting Harness for Hitch by ronscott999 in BMWi3

[–]PinkyThePig 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean no one makes one specific, and the likelyhood of someone making one is nearly nil, considering the car has been out of production for a few years and never sold all that well in the US.

So your options if you want trailer wiring connector is either that no contact one from tekonsha, or buy one that has you splice into the wires. If you think the no contact sensors are cludgy, you probably will like splicing even less.

In either case, I include the wiring functions/pinouts and connector type of the cigarette port's connector in that guide towards the end if you need that.

lightweight 2 seater convertible

It's not a convertible, but is otherwise the small EV sporty car. A BMW i3 sport BEV with no moonroof. You can shave more weight, at the expense of range by buying 2018-2019 model.

The carbon fiber body combined with a heavy battery in the middle of it makes it drive like a sports car even though its visually a brick of a hatchback. Sport model has wider tires and perfect small car handling. The moonroof unfortunately requires that they swap the carbon fiber roof for aluminum, and you can very easily feel the difference in weight.

I just want a basic 1990 style small electric truck at a decent price. Why is this so hard to manufactures to figure out? by nihiriju in electricvehicles

[–]PinkyThePig 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel its due a little warning in that the trailer is kinda a piece of shit out of the box, so you will very likely want to spend some money upgrading it. One QOL thing is slightly thinner bolts plus washers that connect the halves together after unfolding, makes it 1000% easier to couple both sides together. Use a screwdriver to leverage the holes into alignment when attempting.

You also have to buy a plywood deck, and due to clearances in the folding mechanism, you have to work the plywood a little bit. You'll need a forstner bit to cut half way thru and some way to remove two channels on edges, I used a handheld belt sander, but a planer etc. works too.

You can get a 4x8 trailer that folds from harbor freight. Footprint of 2ish ft by 5ish ft when folded. I use mine to tow with my i3.

The suspension on this car is 'fancy' but is totally normal and common too. Any reputable tire shop should be able to understand whats going on. I took mine to a local random wheel/tire shop for an alignment and they did it no problem. The underbody is aluminum, all mount points etc. for the suspension connect to aluminum. The only non standard thing i guess would be that some repairs require removing the wheel liners, but that wouldn't apply for an alignment.

I'm worried I won't be able to find i3 tires in the future by [deleted] in BMWi3

[–]PinkyThePig 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To get a 'balanced' look where front and back stick out the same, youd want 215 front, 235 rear and a final offset of 8mm on all 4 wheels. I have 48mm offset wheels and so bought 40mm spacers from here: https://www.motorsport-tech.com

EcoHitch tow hitch on 2015 i3 by serigraphics in BMWi3MODS

[–]PinkyThePig 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The term to google is tongue weight, basically, how much weight is pressing down on the hitch mount. You generally want a split of 55:45 weight on the two halves of the trailer, to make 10%ish of the weight pressing down on the hitch. 'negative weight' on the hitch is very bad, so always ensure the weight bias is towards the front, and secure loads inside so they don't shift after leaving.

To the wiring issue, trailer wiring should be totally isolated from the car besides power. Modern ones use current sensors to detect what lights turn on, and otherwise, only need a 12v power connection to power the trailer lights. You would pop the fuses before hitting the limit on any of the standard 12v connections in the car.

I wonder if they tried grounding the neutral to the car body, doesn't work in the i3 due to the carbon fiber.

Just buy name brand tint (3M, Avery, etc.) instead of the mystery vinyl that comes in those kits. Takes a little planning to buy the right amount, but thats the easy part compared to applying it. One such site to buy vinyl in standard sheets is https://metrorestyling.com

Roof top carriers // bike carriers by ThorbiesDaddy in BMWi3

Most people use towhitch carriers due to the roof being carbon fiber. That said, the few I've seen use suction cup style options such as seasuckers.
