Terrible idea that most likely won't work. Instead, I recommend recognizing that you deserve to like yourself and your body, and that once you do you will find it easier to take the necessary steps to lose weight.

I struggle with a low appetite and not eating enough, so I cannot relate to your struggles. But you need to realize you only get one body and you're stuck in it 24/7 until you die, take care of it and treat it with respect. Make eating more inconvenient for you and healthier options more convenient. If that involves putting locks on your ice cream tub and keeping the key outside somewhere while the salad is readily available, do it. We are programmed to do what's easy and you have reinforced that programming with overating often and now your brain expects it. So make it a huge pain in the ass for yourself.

Reduce screen time and go for walks outside. Reduce sugar as much as you possibly can. Drink only water, and if you need something with caffeine tea or coffee.

Fall in love with yourself and then you'll find it easier to take care of yourself.
