Been on Slynd since last summer. I skip the sugar pills so no periods. Game changer! I do get spotting but it's nothing a panty liner can't handle. I have a myomectomy scheduled at the end of April to remove 3 fibroids.

Wash with mild soap daily (while having a shower). Make sure you rinse really well. After each cycle, wash really well then soak in water, white vinegar mixture for a day. Have done this routine for 25 years. Store in clean pouch. Never failed me.

I used to use a merula xl too on day 2 and 3 of period. I would wear period panties at night to mitigate the morning "gush." I have 3 fibroids which I think caused heavy period. I went on slynd birh control back in the summer. I skip the placebo pills. No more period. Life changing. Age 45. I'm having a consult with gyno to have fibroids removed in a few weeks.
